A retreat into yoga, held by nature
17 - 23 Nov 2026 at Anima Shala
Lombok, Indonesia

A quiet immersion for those who want to deepen their practice in a place where nature, silence, and simplicity are allowed to do their work. A space built around practice and a deeper connection with nature. Through traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, and self-observation, the practice is rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Himalayan Tradition.

Sahaja means something already present, simply uncovered.
Natural. Effortless. Unforced.

What happens when you return to that?
When your practice, your health, and your life are no longer pushed, but supported by a natural rhythm?

Noise, constant activity, and ongoing stimulation make it difficult to stay with anything long enough for it to settle. Over time, this doesn’t just affect the mind, but also the body: sleep, digestion, energy, and the ability to feel steady.

This 7-day retreat is an immersion into traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, and self-observation, rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Himalayan Tradition.

Set in a quieter, more spacious environment, where simplicity is not added but allowed, the practice begins to settle. Held by nature, the nervous system softens, breath deepens, and the body gradually returns to a more balanced state.

You don’t need to be advanced.
But you do need to be sincere.

This retreat is for you if:

  • You are drawn to nature, simplicity, and a quieter kind of luxury.

  • You want to support your nervous system, sleep, digestion, energy, and overall sense of steadiness.

  • You feel called to step away from crowds, noise, and constant stimulation.

  • You are willing to slow down and stay with the process.

  • You already have a practice, but want the right conditions for it to gather and deepen.

  • You want to deepen your practice without entering a full training.
