Traditional Hatha Yoga
100H Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Bali
6 - 25 July 2026 (online)
3 - 9 August 2026 (in-person, Ubud Bali)
Go beyond the surface. Step into the depth of Yin.
Join us for a 100-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training that blends the spaciousness of online study with the depth of in-person immersion in Bali. Unlike many Yin trainings that stop at shapes and sequences, this program invites you to discover the deeper WHY behind the practice; drawing from Daoist wisdom, traditional yogic principles, and the science of interoceptive awareness.
Together, we’ll journey through philosophy, anatomy, energetics, sequencing, meditation, and sound healing' while honoring Yin’s essence of rest, nourishment, and community. You’ll not only gain the confidence and skills to teach Yin Yoga, but also the lived wisdom to share it authentically from your own experience.
