25H Traditional Hatha Yoga Immersion

5 days intensive training up in the mountain to unveil new layers in your practice and teaching.

As a yoga practicioner or teacher, you deeply honor the tradition of yoga and genuinly wants to practice and teach based on the ancient system. But after years of practicing or after graduating from 200H YTT, you realized that your understanding of yoga is  skin deep. Deep inside you know yoga is more than just physical posture and you trully want to embodied the knowledge of yoga in ancient source wisdom. Learn the systematic teaching of Traditional Hatha Yoga based on the ancient practice of Parampara (from teacher to student). All the knowledge cover in this training has been passed down from my teacher and all the teachers before us in unbroken lineage. This trainigs will cover:

• Samkhya Philosophy
• Systematic Hatha Yoga Progression
• Hatha Yoga key practices: Asana, Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras, Mantras and Kriya
• Implementing the five Prana Vayus in practice and teaching
• Tantric philosophy
• Refine your skill of intelligence sequencing
• Nature exploration
• Certification upon completion
• Yoga Alliance accredited and can be counted towards your YACEP

This training is suitable for intermediate to advance practicioners and yoga teachers who wants to enhance the richness of your teaching.

Location: Bali Mountain Retreat, Mount Batukaru, Central Bali

The venue of this training is located high on the eastern slopes of Mount Batukaru, the second highest mountain in Bali. Though it's the second highest after Mount Batur, it is far less commercialized. You will experience a unique experience with the local Balinese people and their culture. The surrounding nature is very pristine, the mountain air is revitalizing and the panoramic view is super breathaking. The spiritual atmosphere of the mountain making this area a perfect location for a yoga immersion.
