As a yoga practicioner or teacher, you deeply honor the tradition of yoga and genuinly wants to practice and teach based on the ancient system. But after years of practicing or after graduating from 200H YTT, you realized that your understanding of yoga is skin deep. Deep inside you know yoga is more than just physical posture and you trully want to embodied the knowledge of yoga in ancient source wisdom.
